View Full Version : Cutting, trying to fit dextrose in post workout.. need suggestions!

Hey all.. here's my current cutting diet. I want some really fast absorbing carbs post workout, any suggestions for fitting them in and keeping the calories pretty similar? Also, any other opinions on the diet would be great. Thanks!

I'd put in a scoop of whey in ur pre-workout meal. Working out burns a lot of calories anyway so u can put the dextrose in on workout days without it affecting weight loss.

I would take some cals out of yuour lunch maybe and def need more protein before the workout. Also what do you weigh, and what is ur other stats like hight and bf and age?
