How do you manage it?? Right now I'm hitting between 5000 to 5500 a day to gain, and I'm pretty much ALWAYS in the kitchen, whether it be eating the food, cooking the food, or preparing the food for tomorrow... It just takes up practically all of my time! I'm determined to keep my food clean too- my diet used to consist of the worst possible sorts of food, and I changed that around completely and plan to stay that way. I'm just interested to see how others deal with it

Actually just breached 140 there, for the first time in as long as I can remember. This time last year I was 112lbs or so

well I'm glad you're getting over it. May want to get the thyroid checked out just as a precaution.

I'm training for triathlon.. microwave has been my loyal friend in the last few months. Cook in bulk, esp. the carbs.. avoid elaborate menu, and forget about table manner:)

Nutella, PB, Pasta, Rice . . . There's plenty of options, just figure out your macros and enjoy. Also, cook more than one meal at a time. I.E. a day or 2 worth of rice, it will save you tons of time.
