I took a few pics and stuff while makin my daily smoothie, thought i'd share with the misc.

Heres the macros:

463 calories
16.5 protein
66 carbs
20g fat

8 grams of fat is from peanut butter, and you can reduce more fat with 1% milk instead of 2% like me. Good for bulking, and healthy.


Ingredients: 1 Banana, 5 average size strawberries, 3/4 cup blueberries, half a cup of milk, 2tbsp. peanut butter, 3-4 icecubes, 100ml yogurt.

All ingredients can be adjusted to your liking, such as more or less strawberries, icecubes etc. I use 4 icecubes cuz i like it cold.



Step 1: Put 4 icecubes and a peeled banana in blender.

Step 2: Put 5 strawberries and 3/4 cup blueberries in blender


Step 3: Put yogurt and peanut butter in blender


Step 4: Add milk, and mix all together.


Makes about almost 1L for me, although i never measure exact anymore. I didn't use peanut butter but heres macros for 2tbsp peanut butter

(2tbsp) penaut butter - 1tbsp 15g

90 calories
3g protein
3g carbs
8g fat

You can also add whey if you want, i didnt cuz i only have chocolate.

sounds good.

sometimes when im bulking i will make a penut butter and jelly with:

natural peanut butter about, 2 table spoons
strawberry or grape jelly with no sugar added, about 2to3 table spoons
and 2 slices of whole wheat bread

i make the sandwitch and blend it in about 2 cups of skim milk, bread and all.

its great... PB&J smoothie... its so creamy.
