whats up guys, i havnt been in the gym in a few months due to large amounts of work that came up, making money so i cant complain to much :) but i got a pretty good size gift card to a bodybuilding website so here is what im thinking of picking up..

first heres my stats. im 22 5'10 , was around 173 when i was training, very solid build around 7-9% body fat.. i stepped on the scale today and was around 182 eeek and i can notice the weight that i put on and the loss of muscle as well :(

supplements include

USPLabs Jacked
CLabs Green magnitude
- i have stacked these 2 befor with awesome results

Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Citrulline Malate
Beta-Alanine
Arginine Ethyl Ester
- all of these in bulk powders.. ( i have stacked all of these last summer, and was at the best strenght/weight ratio i have ever been, weighing in around 168 an still strong as an ox.

im kinda curious about dosage now though as i forgot most of the amounts i took.

i was thinking something like this

ALCar 1/2 teaspoon morning and pre workout ~ around 2 grams/day ?? not sure how much
Citrulline Malate 1 teaspoon morning/pre/post workout dosed evenly ~ around 4 grams/day
Beta-Alanine 1g morning/pre/post workout all dosed evenly ~ around 3-4 grams/day
Arginine Ethyl Ester - 1.5grams dosed morning/pre/post workout ~ around 4 grams/day

2 scoops jack3d pre workout
1 scoop green mag pre workout

what i was wondering is is this going to be over kill combinding all 6 products for preworkout? i was thinking i should be fine cause itll be dosed evenly throughout the day

sorry about the long post guys. any comments or if yous have better ways of dosing these please share.

id only take jacked when you need a boost and skip the arginine

well i do like the jacked a lot for pre workout..

hmm i also found a still full container of L-Tyrosine .. dosage recommendations?

I agree!

And, don't overload on the bulk supplements. Take a look at certain product profiles and try to mirror them to some degrees. Bulk doesn't mean abuse your liver.

People only respond when they tend to disagree.

Which bulk companies are you going with for the below?

umm ************* or "********" or w.e it is, they have a good bang for you buck..
as far as my liver goes this shouldnt stress it in the least bit way should it? i mean these supps wouldnt really produce any negative stress right..

im a bouncer and a bar tender so i do drink a lot of beer pretty often lol
