Hi,

My current diet goes like this (for weight loss):

Meal One : WholeMeal Bread (1 Slice) with 2 Pieces of Chicken
Meal Two (Post Cardio): WholeMeal Bread (1 Slice) with 1 Piece of Chicken
Meal Three (Post Weight Training) : VST Whey Shake
Meal Four (Lunch): 3 Pieces of Grilled Chicken/Brown Rice/Cucumber
Meal Five: Tuna Can/Cucumber
Meal Six: 3 Pieces of Grilled Chicken/Cucumber
Meal Seven (Before Bed): 3 Pieces of Grilled Chicken/Almonds

(Around 1405 Calories per day) - I am 156 pounds, 5,6...

Does this seem like a good diet for loosing weight and maintaining muscle? - What would you change about it?

There is no variety. Why no fruit? Why just cucumber for veggies? You could also be eating more.

grilled chicken 5 times a day, every day???

how about pork, beef, lamb??

I'm on this bb.,com transformation (12 weeks) - it says chicken/tuna/turkey are the best but I prefer Chicken tbh!

The bb.com transformation says to only eat pineapple cause of the GI of the rest of the fruits!

True, could be eating other veggies......How much more can I be eating?
