I am eating fish for the first time, talapia. I have never cooked fish before obviously, so I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to cook it. I have a foreman grill, and I can bake it or cook it in a skillet as well. I am a bodybuilder, so I can't get all crazy with seasonings and the such, but any suggestions that are in tune with what a bodybuilder would do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Dude I just cooked some up for dinner. I'm no gourmet, but what I did:

-Sauteed some onions/peppers with a LITTLE bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
-Gave the tilapia a nice coating of Old Bay and put em on a tin foil/pam'd lined baking sheet
-Oven to 350/400 ish degrees
-Baked until the fish went white and was firm to the touch, bout 10-12 mins.

Came out awesome
