I am new to this bulking and dieting stuff. I am 5'6 about 140lbs. Kinda skinny with a little belly. I'm trying to bulk since I'm skinny. I'm wondering how many calories I should take in a day, and what should my meals look like?

If you are new to it all and new to lifting, find a good strength routine(plenty on this site), and simply eat when hungry until full, just make sure to get enough protein in you and at your weight it wont be difficult.
