Hi,I have a Whey Shake and Oats as a pre Workout meal I usually have this 45 ? 60 minutes before my workout, is this long enough for it to get in the system and be effective? Thanks

Timing is fine, as long as you are getting it in at least 30-min before you will absorb the necessary nutrients.

It's just fine the way you are doing it. If you are really concerned you can always grind your oats into a powder (such as via a coffee grinder) and dump them into the whey shake.
