My body fat is prolly not too high but i would like it lower. How do i do this. To be honest i only read articles on bulking and completely ignored cutting. To lose fat i need to be in a caloric deficit correct? keep protein up, low carbs and fats at night and stuff? also could you keep gaining muscle mass if your in a caloric deficit to keep your fat low..

keep protein up - 1.25g/lb LBM is a good number to perserve MM while cutting
low carbs and fats at night and stuff? No
