View Full Version : Question about clumpy protein shakes

hey...with some of my shakes i cant blend them so i throw the powder in a shaker and add water after my workout...doesn't always go as planned...and it sometimes ends up being really clumpy, especially at the end of the shake

question is...does it matter if i just eat those clumps instead of breaking them up?

It might not digest as well.

I don't see a problem with it myself. But just get a new protein blend... Life's too short for clumps.

Drinking the clumps is just as effective as if it were mixed evenly. You could try and put it into a blender so that it will mix better or get a different brand of protein.

It wont make a difference. If you were to add the powder to the water its less likely to clump FYI
