Hi im 19 years old and currently I weigh 195 lbs. I wrestle and so I need to start getting my weight back under control. It seems that every year I wind up bulking up on the off season and I get alot stronger, but then by the time I get back down to weight I am right back where I started and lose all of my strength gains. I know it is from cutting weight the wrong way. So I want to know if someone can throw me an idea on what my calorie count should be and what % protien and what % carbos? Im trying to get down to 175 before September. Any input would be appreciated.

Also I am currently on a lifting program that goes 6 days a week. Mon/Thurs legs- Tues/Fri- Chest and Tris Wed/Sat- Back and bis.
Should I just cut one of each day out and start a fat burning program for off days like HIIT?

your protein should be at 1lb to 1.5lb per pound of lean body mass also i would say to stay around 20 to 30 percent of you calouies from carbs

Keep protein intake high while reducing overall calories untill you start losing weight. It's that simple.

and what about the workouts? should I hit up that HIIT stuff or just keep lifting the same way I have been?

workouts can remain the same wont make much difference.
