What's is your long term goal? What happens is you fail? How do you pick yourself back up?

Everyone misses. It's the rebound that show's someones drive, mindset, and will power.

I competed at the Mr. Minnesota natural bodybuilding show on May 16th. I didn't win the show. I look back on the pictures and I see the growth at every angle. People can try and talk down my motivation, but I know I stepped on stage giving it everything. I didn't look like a fool on stage, and it is obvious I have taken a huge step forward.

This year I will keep gaining size. I will keep working on my posing and diet. Lastly, I'll brush off a less than number 1 placement, and look back at the positives and step up to the next level. I wasn't number one in the judges eyes this year, but I know I gave a number one effort. The effort is something I use to come back each day.

What will you do to come back?
