View Full Version : Burning More Calories than Usual - Just Eat More?

Today I didn't have a car to drive to my gym. So instead of a 10-minute drive, I wound up with an hour and fifteen minute walk. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy walking, but when I'm bulking it's sort of a pain. There and back equaled about 500-550 calories total (about 5 miles or so). Should I eat 500 over what my daily intake is, or just keep my intake constant with my other days?

treat yourself to a little something extra, your bulking- just make sure it keeps macros in check.
