View Full Version : 6 months gone by, what should i focus on?

Hey everyone... So I've been working out for about 6 months now and I think I've had some pretty solid progression. I took some pictures yesterday and would appreciate an honest evaluation. What should I focus on???
Unfortunately I never took any before pictures as a comparison..

Looking good man. If I were you, I would continue to do a clean bulk, and build up that chest of yours bro! Otherwise, you're looking good (no homo ha).

Haha thanks man... I've actually worked my chest harder than any other body part during my training but I guess my genetics just aren't working in my favor. I've actually completely stopped doing any arm isolation exercises because they grow at a slightly abnormal pace, but still no gains on my chest.

Chest routine is 5x5 flat bench, 3x Incline dumbell press, 3x Fly's, 2x Max dips, 2x Max bosu ball pushups.
Like I said I've completely cut out any arm isolation exercises.
Back day is 6x max pullups, 2x at each angle, 3x Pull downs, 3x Rows, and 3x Back extensions, going to start doing deadlifts soon...
Shoulder is 3x Seated military barbell press, 3x standing dumbell press, side raises, and then a bit of traps.
Legs are 5x Squats, 3x Leg extensions, 3x Leg curl thing, and then calves.
