Hey everyone...

Just wondering if there is ANY difference in my body at all.... I started working out may 24th and took these pics before i started working out... here is the first one

now here is the one i just took a couple mins ago

Can anyone see a difference... I am weightlifting and eating really healthy and doing cardio almost everyday....

Any definition or looking like i lost weight?

Your biceps look better. You can see that peak in the 'June pic'. Don't try to look for muscles so early. You've only been lifting for around 3 weeks. Just keep lifting hard and eating & sleeping well. You WILL grow.

And strong nickname. ;)

The difference is that in the second picture you are a lot more blurry.

What's your workout routine looking like?

Your stomach/abs look slightly better in the second pic but its cut off.
