7:30 kashi go clean cereal 2 cups + 2 cups 1% milk: 580 cals 34g protein 72g carbs 6g fat

9:30-11:00 work out

11:15 when i get back from working out PW shake: 440 cals 64g protein 30g carbs 8g fat

2:00 two cans of tuna with onions and celery : 280 cals 52g protein 10g carbs 2g fat

4:30 turkey sandwich on whole wheat: 300 cals 24g protein 48g carbs 4g fat

7:00 grilled chicken: 300 cals 58g protein 0g carbs 8g fat

9:30 casein shake: 240 cals 48g protein 8g carbs 2g fat

11:00 bed

comes out to 2100 calories 280g protein 180g carbs 34g fat

i weight 210 and i am 6 foot tall and prolly around 16% body fat ( can see my top two abs)

I would add two tablespoons of Peanut Butter in the last meal. Your fat seems pretty low and I think you will lose at a safer rate (1-2 pounds a week) with a little higher calories.

yeah i think your right. think ill try to cut a litte protein out and try for a little more healthy fats. should even out my macros

7:30 - drop one cup milk and add a primary protein source (this is your PreWO meal)

Add some veggies, fruit and healthy fats
