View Full Version : How does this breakfast sound?

5 eggs (3 whole, two whites).
About 3 cups of non-fat plain yogurt with 1-1/2 cups of mixed berries
10 oz glass of milk with EAS protein powder.

I've been doing that for about 2 months now and it seems to give me a nice boost of initial energy for the day. My question is; is three WHOLE eggs too much cholesterol?

3 whole eggs are fine, will not hurt your cholesterol levels.

Thats a lot of protein. How much protein is that? How many carbs? Are you cutting fat or gaining size?

Not necessarily cutting, but trying to gain size while keep my body fat down to a minimal.

well correct me if im wrong, but tahts like 24g from the eggs, (3 in yolk, 3 in white), Around 10g from the milk, plus probably 24g from your powder, PLUS probably another almost 20 from your yogurt.

But, i seriously doubt your eating 3 cups of yogurt... Thats a crap ton of 'gurt dude...

so your looking at around 75 grams of protiein in your breakfast.

The yogurt actually doesn't have that much protein in it. For some reason, it's only like 4 grams per cup. It's a great thing to eat to fill me up though.
