Trying to get more tone and lean. Been working out for years now but not getting the results that i looking for. I think I'm doing anything right but not seeing the results. Need advise on what i'm doing wrong. Here is my diet during the week and workout regime.

Trying to get more lean and cut.

0600- Protein shake-240cal, 8 carb, 48g protein
Oatmeal-140cal, 26 carb, 5g protein

0900-chicken-150cal, 2.5 carb, 25g protein
apple-80cal, 22 carb

1200-turkey sandwich on whole wheat- 300cal, 40 carb, 28 g protein
granola bar-180cal, 29 carb, 4g protein

1500-tuna-175cal, 10carbs, 28g protein
apple-80cal, 22 carb
1730ish-1830ish- workout

1900-Protein shake w-240cal, 8 carb, 48g protein

1930-Chicken breast(about 8oz)- 172cal, 0 carb, 20.g protein
handful of salad w/ dressing- 65 cal, 14 carb, 1g protein

2130-cottage cheese(1/2)-80cal, 8 carb, 12g protein


Heres a simple of my workout:
Mon- Sat, one body part a day(4 excerise pre muscle,about 3sets 10reps)
Follow by 20min Hit cardio (2min walk, 1min sprint) Mon -Sat

As long as you calculated all of the calories correctly, it looks like you eat 2000 calories a day. However, some of your numbers are a little off. 8oz of chicken is around 220 calories with 48 grams of protein... It changes a little bit depending on what brand it is, but it will generally be fairly close to that. That would only make a difference of around 50 calories though, so it can't be too much of a problem. You say that's your diet during the week, do you eat like **** on the weekends? That's the only explanation I'd see.

try keto out. I dropped a good deal of fat and I didn't appear to lose any size in muscles. Got my veins poppin nicely

On the weekends i eat about the same except for lunch or/and dinner as cheat meals(more carbs, ie brown rice, whole wheat bread, or chicken tenders)

your either not eating sleeping or lifting right, or your drinking alcohol. I have had huge success getting shredded on a weight training program three days a week full body with very heavy weights.
