My first attempt...

1 batch makes 15 or 16 bars

4 cups Total cereal
1 cup natty peanut butter
1 cup sugar substitute
6 scoops ON 100% whey
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp vanilla

Nutrition info

Calories: 212
Fat: 12 g
Carbs: 14
Protien: 17


Mixing up all the ingredients. Sticky ****

Overcooked them a bit

Overall it was a success, though next time out Im going to try for a higher protien to cal ratio. And they even taste good.

looks good. I make mind with nothing perishable though so I can take them with me on trips and stuff. these look good if u got a fridge nearby

Looks AWESOME. But did you have to use baking soda, how long and what temperate did you cook it at? Why did you use total cereal and is there something else to replace it with? Are you using vanilla extract with the alcohol?

I think they will keep long enough out of the fridge for me to finish them all. We will see.

Ha I was just chilling at home with the kids in bed and my GF watching tv.

I just mixed it all up and then spread tinfoil on a pan, sprayed it with pam and cooked for eight minutes at 350 degrees.

Ha I didnt even think to use baking soda. I used Total because of all the extra vitamins. I guess you could use whatever you feel like though. And I have no idea what kind of vanilla. Just what was in the cupboard.


what cereal did you use? oats?

No oats this time. But they would prob not hurt.

i would just make the bars bigger or eat 2 instead of 1.
