Breakfast - 2 egg whites, 2 eggs
1 cup of oatmeal
12oz glass of milk

Glass of water

Mid morning - Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich or Peanut butter & banana sandwich
12 oz glass of milk
3 fish oil capsules
1 banana

Lunch - Chicken or turkey or ham sandwich w/ colby jack cheese
Glass of water
Grilled cheese

Post Lunch - Glass of water
1 teaspoon olive oil
Macaroni w/ground beef

Dinner - Red meat or fish etc
Glass of water

Pre workout - 8 oz cup of apple or grape juice
1 scoop Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60

Post workout - 1 1/2 scoops Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60
8 oz cup of apple or grape juice

Before bed - 1 glass of milk
1 banana

over 4000 cal i think

im 6'3 and a skinny dude..and im looking to bulk up the CLEAN way
