View Full Version : Heres my daily diet tell me what you think

mornings
3 eggs and half a red pepper in an omlette or some oatmeal, and a muscle milk two scoop casein shake.
snack - banana and two table spoons penut butter
lunch - low fat high protein recipe what ever ive made the night before
pre work out - 4 scoop cytogainer isolate shake, and superpump 250
mid work out - 1 scoop size on creatine recovery shake
post work out - 4 scoop cytogainer isolate shake - usually some sherbert
supper - low fat high protien recipe, usually chicken and rice combos or chicken and broccoli
before bed - 2 scoop muscle milk casein shake

what do you think am i taking in too much protein and no haters on the cytosport stuff its what i take and what i like so negative comments about the brand will not shy me away from them thanks for you opinions on the nutrition tho.

How many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat is there in that diet?

How long have you been on this diet and what has the results been?

well ive been gaining so thats good not leaning out any but thats for when i go on my lean stage of things. the protien shakes are isolate shake is 56g protein and bout 400 calories and the casein protein is bout 40g per shake and bout 200 calories..

you need to have more specifics. Total calories, carbs, fats and proteins.
