Somtimes a protein shake is a lot healthier than a real meal on your plate, and of course a lot more convenient and quicker. Some days I get over 100g of prrotein from tein shakes

nothing wrong with it...most people would rather eat real food. whatever works for you though!

In a mens health article whether its true or not Kurt Angle says he takes 9 shakes a day along with only 2 whole meals, this may be true and not advertising any particular protein shake as it does not give the brand.

nothing wrong with it, but imo it'd get boring pretty quickly and you'd be hungry a lot b/c shakes don't fill you up as much as real food

i do that too sometimes, if im on the road or am without a meal i'll def go for some whey because its way cheaper than take-out and easier to keep track of.

depends what kind of food you really like eating and how much money you have.... generally, protein is fairly expensive, and you need to eat a crapload of it and it's filling. I tend to get 75-100g of the 200g per day via shakes.

on workout days i get 23g pre, 60g post, and 24g between meals. 107g from supps
