Would like to meet somepeople on here. Doing this by myself for a while No gym in my small town here in alaska so its all at home workouts for me. I got a bowflex I just can't get motivated with it I would rather use dumbells and do some uphill sprinting. Anyone cutting right now, Just need someone on the same road as myself To keep me motivated and check in daily on here. Yell at me slap me around cuss at me whatever it takes. *uck, even choke the life out of me. Someone join me!!!

I'll do it, I'm the same hight, and started cutting from about the same weight :D

So right now I'm doing a muscle mix up program, which includes doing different reps, supersets, ultrasets, and such. I am currently on compound lift heavy lifting routine. I have a 4 week routine like this, so I might continue on doing it, because it's actually gelping me get stronger and gain muscle while I am cutting, here it is the first 2 weeks, but I'm just doing it for one week, cause of my muscle mix up program.

Day 1- Incline Barbell Press 3x 6-8
Flat-Bench Dumbell Press 4x 6-8
Weighted Dips 4x 6-8
Close Grip Bench 4x 6-8
Lying Tricept Extension 3x 6-8

Day2- Smith Machine Squat 3x6-8
Leg Press 4x6-8
HackSquat 4X6-8
Romanian Deadlift 4X6-8
Standing Calf Raises 3x20
Haning Leg Raises 2x20
Cable Crunch 2x20

Day3 Rest (Not really, I do all cardio)

Day4- Overhead Dumbbell Press 3x6-8
Arnold Press 4x6-8
Barbell Upright Row 4x6-8
Bent-Over Lateral Raise 4x6-8
Dumbbell Shrug 3x6-8

Day4- Deadlift 3x6-8
Barbell Bent over Row 4x6-8
T-Bar Row 4x6-8
Barbell Curl 4x6-8
Incline Dumbbell Curl 4x6-8
Preacher Curl 3x6-8
Crunch 2x20
Reverse Crunch 2x20

Day 5 Rest and Repeat.
