Hey guys,
Its been almost two weeks i started training for hockey and the first week I ate a followed meal plan and now im not... is it ok? I eat every 3 hours i dont eat anything bad and i know i eat enough... in my first week i gained about almost 4 lbs btw but my question was if its ok not to follow a meal plan.?

Eat what you want just make sure you eat enough.
