Paragraphs, motherf*cker!

Can you use them?!

(You may be in dire need of advice and help. But I can't wade through what you've written unless you put at least some semblance of organization into it. Sorry man.)

Sup fellow south FL bro.

Well i'm a bit confused by your post, on the one hand you say your diet is on point but then you also say you are on probiotics for the past 2.5 months and still having those medical issues and not being able to eat properly?

In my opinion you should train as much as you can and keep your diet perfect but dont over do it. Get your health straight first then you can go all out and really give 100% Obviously your health is more important at this point then making gains.

Goodluck with everything, hope things get better

It sounds like you have a lot on your plate already. Here are some things that I hope can help.

The first is to see if you can include some cultured foods in your diet like a raw sauerkraut and kefir. I've found these foods to be effective in ways that regular probiotic supplements aren't. You can make them yourself with a starter culture or get them from a health food store or local farm.

Secondly, I would simply ask myself "what's one simple thing I know I can do right now to move me towards my goals?"

So maybe just doing a few bodyweight exercises at home if you feel up to it. Or adding in one extra workout a week.

I want to caution against doing too much as that may be detrimental in your current health condition. If it were me, I'd focus more on healthy habits to let my body heal itself before worrying about any sort of bodybuilding goals.

Let me know if this helps or if there was something in particular you were struggling with.
