Thats it. Im done with not living the life i want to live. Tomorrow morning im going to wake up and start living my life the way I think I should. Tomorrow i'm turning myself around. No more excuses.

Just posting to make myself actually do it.

I started todayalso, no more excuses, just clean diet and hard work, keep on going : )

I want to stay dedicated to the things i consider important - lifting, and rowing. I was lazy before, made too many exuses. spent all my time smoking weed and getting wasted. No more.

Do it man. An idea to keep motivated: maintain a log.

I used to row back in highschool and I remember logging my erg times and watching the improvement.
Setting small, achievable goals also helps.
