He's referring to the partially hydrogenated vegetable oil I believe.
Just noticed it has msg in it too. In moderation like everything else in this world it really isnt that bad.

ive been using it on eggs for ages now. ordered a 3-pack from their site 1-2 years ago.

omelette : folded in half with cottage cheese in the middle + bacon salt.

Are you aware of the infinitessimal amount of oil (let alone the trans fat that you are actually concerned about) that you would be consuming when using this product?

And re: MSG- you are probably getting more free glutamate from the food that you are putting it on than the product itself.
