Hey folks...I'm new here and I had one question (used the search feature already and nothing). I had a baby a while ago so I started cutting calories to lose weight. I'm back down to my target weight now. I want to gain more muscle and tone up a bit so should I take in more cals or stay below maintence. As for the diet, should I go for the bulking diet or maintain a calorie deficit. Thanks for the advice.
