Current Weight-140
Goal 155 in 2 months lifting/dieting

Breakfast/Preworkout-2 scrambled eggs, 1 banna, oats cereal, 1 scope of whey in milk
workout
postworkout-1 serving universal torrent, 1 scope of whey
1 hour later-6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brocolli
2 hours later-I need help with this meal, suggestions please? could i do more pb sandwhiches those are always an easy fit?
3 hours later-full meal-not sure of what it will consist of
3 hours later-cottage cheese, milk, pb sandwhich, 3 eggs

yup
