Hey,

In general it looks pretty good. I usually go for about 45 to 50 on carbs. Helps a LOT with energy so ya, I would up your carbs a bit, lower fat and protein just a little to compensate for the added carbs....thats just me though...I gotsta have me carbs..<grin>

just eat lots of food even throw some cheat food in the mix if you are going to cut afterwards and the diet is good then you will lose any fat you might gain......if you wont to keep it clean just have 2 g of carbs per lb of bodyweight and 0.3 fat and 1.5 pro

lower protein?????
hell no man, you said your sitting at 3063 Cals, 71.5g F, 302.4g C, 282.5g P
start adding 300 calories a week till your calories are around 5000 at least,

600g carbs/400g protein/110 fats....that adds up to 5000 calories,
more food in the monring and after your workout

a 175 lb. person needs 5000 calories to 'bulk' up, not to gain steady muscle mass.

Stick to your current eating plan, and if you no longer are gaining 0.5 lbs a week, then increase your calories as was suggested by 200-300.

how is he supposed to know if he is gaining .5 lb a week?
simply drinking a bottle of water or taking a piss before weighing himself could alter his weight by .5 lb's...to bulk up relatively clean, your lookin for 2-3 lb's a week, of course some of what you gain will be fat, but thats what happens when you bulk...and you said you wanted to bulk right?

All you have for vegetables and fruit is one banana. you should be eating AT LEAST 2 cups of veggies/fruit a day and eat double that if you can.
