ive been doing about 100 crunches a day. 25 a set and i cant seem to lose this damned lower stomach fat. it doesnt even feel like it is tightening up. what the hell can i do to lose it?

for those that dont know. around march of 2008 i weighed just over 220 and decided to diet. today im 174 if that helps.

You cannot spot reduce. Get a diet plan and a full work out routine for every muscle group in your body. Stomach fat is normally the LAST fat to go.

do you do 100 reps of bench press a day? abs are muscle like others, they grow only with overload. to make 64649648543563843 crunches is useless, better simply 4x10-8, 1 max 2 time for week

Dude....Some of that may be loose skin since you lost the weight.Continue to monitor your diet.100 crunches a day is nothing...search this site for information pertaining to ab excerises and dieting.......Self
