So, I am doing these exercises on my back day..
Pull down
T Bar Row
Dead lift

I do 12 sets in total 8 reps each. Now, last week I did dead lift and t bar and I feared I broke my back.. My back was sore for three days but is it because I am doing 2 exercises where I need to jerk my back? Can I add any other exercise and how many of you do both these exercises on the same back day!!
