View Full Version : no appetite on non workout days?

Does this happen to anyone else?
I mean its to the point where if i eat something i feel like barfing
Any reason for this?

Yep, me too. I take Saturdays off, and I have to force myself to eat more than 3 meals.

No workout = dip in metabolism = no appetite

Exert more energy to become more hungry. I talked a lot all day and it makes me ravenous for chow.

happens to me too bro...saturdays n sundays r off n im mostly at home upto nothing..hardly feel like eating anything..keep snacking on veggies and water n try to kickstart my metabolism :P

if you dont feel like eating anything, why would you snack on veggies and water (things with little to no calories?)

i'm the opposite.. less hungry on workout days (I eat a lot, always full) and VERY hungry on non-workout days (I do calorie cycling, i subtract 400 cals from non-workout days)

yeah its like impossible to force feed myself. I'm only hungry at breakfast, and then after that I could last the whole day without eating, but I know I shouldn't.
