I started working out about two months ago and eating a healthy diet. Ive always been stick skinny. Ive been gaining weight and strength but Ive developed a really bloated stomach. I wouldnt call it fat, just bloated. It always feels really full, like its going to burst. Im curious if anyone has any ideas why or if anyone has had a similar problem. Im taking whey protein shakes, could that possibly be why? I also switched over from mostly white flour products to all wheat and whole grain varieties, could this be why?

Dairy and sodium can cause bloating. Plus, if you're eating a lot, you'll obviously feel really full.
