I weigh 230lbs and am about 6 feet, and a 28 year old male. I recently purchased a bowflex dumbell set and have been working out at home, my goal is to put on muscle to burn fat. I've tried doing cardio in the past and just can't stick to doing it, but I really love lifting weights and can stick to doing it with no problem and would rather do that than cardio, even if it means a slower weight loss.

Breakfast: 3 whole eggs, 2 potatoes for hashbrowns, 2 scoops of protein
snack: orange or strawberries
Lunch: 2 turkey sandwiches on whole wheat with tomatoes and mustard
dinner: chicken breast, corn or carrots, baked potato
