Hey guys, I'm 16 years old, what do you think of my meal plan?

(Meal 1 - 7:30) Bowl of Oatmeal, 20oz Tuna, 1 Cup of Milk, 1 Orange

(Meal 2 - 10:30) Protein Shake with Milk,

(Meal 3 - 1:10) Protein Shake with Milk, Turkey Cutlet Sandwich, 1 Bananna, 1 Apple

(Meal 4 [Pre Workout] - 4:00) Potatoes or Rice, Any type of meat, Any type of vegetables

(Meal 5 [Post Workout] - 7:00) 1 Chicken Breast, Bowl of Oatmeal, 1 Cup of Milk

(Meal 5 - 8:30) Potatoes or Rice, Any type of meat, Any type of vegetables

20 oz of Tuna is way to much. Also Iwould cut down on carbs as the day goes on and add Cottage Cheese or a caesin (sp) product at your last meal.

Yes I have replaced cottage cheese with the last meal and have added a chickenbreast instead of that Tuna.

You could add some eggs to your breakfast instead of the chicken breast. I just find it easier to cook than a chiken breast and add a little more variety in the diet. Other than that the diet looks good.
