Hey guys, over the next month and a half I have absolute control over everything I eat. That being said, I'm currently taking creatine, whey, Twinlab Ripped Fuel, and ZMassPM. I'm looking for the leanest body possible so I was wondering what I should include in my diet? Currently I have quite an athletic build at 5'11" and 168. I lift 4 days a week while filling the other days with running and jump-roping. Any help would be awesome. If I haven't given enough information please tell me and i'll respond quickly.

EDIT: I also never drink anything but water
