o my goodness. you dont ever need to spike your blood sugar, but having an apple certainly will not do that.

You probably shouldn't eat anything then.

What is a "blood sugar spike" anyway? Can you define it with actual numbers? Is it max value or slope of curve or both? And what does it take to do it?

i have nothing else to say, such a question...
i just needed to read someones opinion of course i wast going to go off of that, i usually go and do more reaserch before i come to a conclusion.
