Some candy, desserts, bigger proportions of my diet foods. Being bloated for 3 days.

eh when i was cutting id use to have "cheats" of 3 days...mostly cause i smoked marijuana...but yeah just move on it didnt really hinder much...call it a 3 day bulk.

Yeah, you'll store some excess as usual; just don't go down that road too far. lol You'll be fine, just get back on your regular diet. As for now, enjoy yourself. :D

cheatin happens from time to time...at least your aware of it......step up your workouts....your guilt will subside....then move on......Good luck.....Self

The amount of 'damage' doesn't matter. What is done is done. At this point you have 2 options: 1) give up, throw out your progress and quit, or 2) move on past this mishap, and continue improving your physique. I think it's obvious which option you should choose ;)

im not cutting but in the place i work twice a week there are 16 diferent Ice Cream flavors and another 10-15 sweets... not treating my self would be a shame
i wouldnt cheat if i were cutting unless it were in my Program though
