My buddy is doing a carb timing diet, and we need some advice on something.

Say one meal is 100g and already contains 20g of fat.
In order to reach 40-60% fat per that meal, would 20-40g of flax seed oil work? This could be pricey.
Also, would fish oil work instead of flax seed oil?

Any tips are appreciated, thanks.

Not sure why you need 40-60% fat in one meal???

Either way, why not just add some olive oil or something cheaper... Any fat source would do..?

The purpose of a timed carb diet is to switch the body from using carbs as fuel, to using fats as fuel, and it needs to have a higher intake of fat for it to do that.
I've just done a lot more research and believe i've found my answer.
