I currently eat two twizzlers (sugar) after my workout, a protein shake (20g), power bar with 24g protein, 2.5g fat, 10g carbs, and teaspoon L-glutamine. My cardio workout consists of running between 12-20 minutes at a pace of 6-8 minute miles. Is this ok? I heard somewhere that you should eat sugar when you wake up and immediately after you workout, that is why I eat the two twizzlers. Also milk has sugar in it, is milk ok to drink when you are cutting fat?

If you are cutting dont eat twizzlers dood. Thats a cheat thing. The main thing you should be concerned with is total calories. You can have milk as long as you are in your calorie range. you can have sugar (Carbs) when you wake up and after you work out because your body needs it and wont store it as fat. However, id get a new source for it than twizzlers. On a side not, protein bars should only be used in a pinch. They are made of a lot of ****t. Ex glycerin - used in glue - also put in all protein bars.
