Hey.

Do you think this diet would be good for cutting?I created a 500 cal deficit.
[male,17years,85kg,183cm,19%bf]

7am: oatmeal+omlette
10am: cottage cheese+bread
workout,then shake
1pm: chicken breast+banana
3pm: chicken breast+veggies+peanuts
6pm: chicken breast+almonds
9pm: yogurt
----------------------------
aprox. 2400cal,250g protein,100g fats,150g carb

looks ok, you may want to eliminate the bread and have cottage cheese in your pre-bed meal.

You think you will be able to have 1 chicken breast every 3 hours? I would sub one of the meals for a whey, most likely the post workout one.

lol why no bread and cottage cheese...cos carbs after 6 pm gives you teh fatz?
