6:30 1/2 cup oats, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 4 egg white= 400cal
8:30 workout
10:45 2 scoops of protein, 1 med banana=360 cal
12:45 2 fiber wraps, 1 container of eggbeaters, 1/4 cup fat free cheese=415
8:00 2 fiber wraps, 1 can low sodium tuna, 6 egg whites, lettuce,
1/4 cup fat free cheese, 1 bag of broccoli=615 cal
10:30 3 scoops of eas protein mixed with water(put in freezer makes a good
pudding)= 210 cal Total Cal 2000

Stats 5,8 129 between 8 and 9 bf This is acutually alot of food laid
out fills me up plenty for the day.

Just looking for some opinons!!!
