Brendan Braizer (author of the The Thrive Diet) has a free 30 day offer where he sends you a nutrition lesson every day. I have his book & found it helpful at making cardio easier (& therefore actually enjoyable ;)).

He is an Ironman tri-athlete, not a bodybuilder by any means, so the advice is going to be geared towards endurance, health & general fitness. But if it's any thing like the advice in his book it's still helpful to anyone who does cardio.
