Meal 1. 6:30am
Animal-Cuts
3 eggs scrambled/240 calories.



Meal 2. 8:30am
Apple/65 calories.
2 scoops whey protein/240 calories.


Meal 3. 10:50am
Tuna/150 calories.
Bannana/121 calories.


Meal 4. 1:20pm
2 servings of oats/300calories.


Meal 5. 3:20pm
Animal-Cuts
1 cup kidney beans/240 calories.
Lettuce/cellury/ 30 calories?


Meal 6. 6:00pm
2 Eggs Fried/160 calories.
Vegatable soup/120 calories.
(or meat and vegatables if my parents
cook it which is almost every night)

Total Calories: 1666
( Since my Calories come out a little low i might throw in some peanuts here and there
or just another 1 or 2 scoops of whey protein some where in there.Also it depends on what kinda meat/vegatables
my parents make for the night and how much i eat of it. so it should come out around 1800-1900 calories.)


My Workout/Cardio.


Monday:
Chest Workout/With weights.
and 30 min cardio on Elliptical level 12 (i burn 500+calories each time)



Tuesday:
hour Cardio on elliptical level 12



Wensday:
Bicep & Tricep Workout/With Weights.
30 minute Cardio on elliptical level 12.



Thursday:
Hour Cardio on elliptical level 12.


Friday:
Back Workout/With weights.
30 minute cardio on Elliptical level 12.




Saturday:
Hour cardio on elliptical level 12.

uhh why cutting..and why taking it to the extreme ull be sure to lose some muscle mass...ud still lose weight without all that cardio just have 1hr lifting sessions..im 140lbs and i have to eat 3000+cals to gain and if i have 2000cals i lose 1lb a week, with no intensive cardio like you..so u being 30lbs more..need to eat more especially with that much cardio

If your goal is to cut, don't do it and bulk instead!

Raise your caloric intake 3000 ish dude, enjoy it till your 21 w/ of course weight lift and get huge.

well i wanna cut too see my abs and just keep my abs but eat healthy and lift.
does anyone know if it will be okay to eat 2 tuna sandwich for lunch the bread i have is 100 calories a peice so it would be a 350 calorie meal.

Dude you should raise your calories by like 500, and then gradually decrease as your abs start to come in. You won't see your abs on your current diet. You might lose some weight, but you will plateau before you see your abs, and your calories will already have been to low, and you will have to start again at a higher daily calories. May as well do that now before you waste time.

i sometimes eat craisens and stuff so im probably in the 2k's lol.

With you being as young as you are it will not hurt to, and you should be, taking in more calories. Your metabolism is high with your age. If you continue to bust your butt lifting all muscle groups and get in some sort of cardio it will all come together. Your off on the right track just need more cals.

No 16 year old should ever be cutting, unless they are dangerously obese.

You see people with good bodies ("beach bodies")? It's because they have muscle. I'm guessing you don't have any. So, if you cut, you will just look like you left a concentration camp.

your over 6 foot, your 16 (still growing) and 170 lbs. You should be eating 2500+ calories, lifting heavy stuff. You would still lose weight that way as long as you excersize regularly...you need muscles to have abs.

you are way too skinny to cut.

and you dont lift legs.

unless you have some condition, you should make some changes.

My 4 year old nephew also has muscle. As does a 400 pound obese woman.

You don't understand exercising

Yes, you look less awkward than your pix a few months ago.

Eat healthy and workout and grow naturally. Starving your body of calories and nutrients at this point is stupid. Eat and grow another 20 pounds, then come back looking for diet advice.
