I have never cut dieted in my life.

The website says my stats:

Bulk: 3300? cals/day
Maintenance: 2900 Cals/day
Fat Loss: 2320 Cals/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1864 Cals/day

I am obviously gonna try to stay in the 2320 - 2700 cals/day range.

Do I still need to keep my protein around 1*BW= 233-260 protein/day?
233*4= 932 cals
260*4= 1040 cals

good site man lol..dont mean to stalk or anything just answering in this section, protein at 1g per lb u weigh is straight up broscience some people have .5g per lb but during a cut it doesnt hurt to keep the protein levels higher, so opt for .75-.8g per lb if u dont want 1g per lb cuz theres no proof a big difference will occur from this and as long as u stay in a cal deflict ull lose the lbs
