Cardio is about 45 mins 4-5 times a day on a stationary bike, I lift 5 days a week, every muscle group once. The diet looks like this
Breakfast
3 eggs
piece of bread
2 slices of turkey bacon

Lunch
whole wheat bun
Hamburger
mixed veg

Post workout shake

Supper
2 pieces of chicken
Mixed veg

Protein shake with milk before bed

thats about 2100 i think

I'd start on the upward range of calories, 2500 and monitor weekly weigh-ins.

It is. Let's put it this way, you've got 15 lbs. on me and im taking in 2500 on a cut.. 1800 calories is a joke, not healthy by any means.

I was 194 three month ago when I started to cut.

My diet is 2,100 calories on off days, and 2,400 calories on days I go to gym.My macros are 50% carbo, 30% protein and 20% fat.

It worked well, I could even increase the loads on my exercises, and I feel quite well....except some minor shoulder injury two weeks ago which is getting better now...

You are not going to be able to sustain weight loss on that. Cutting calories that low only works for so long

It's time to take a break from dieting, slowly bring your calories up, to a normal level, then start again at a more sane deficit.
