Im looking for some input on this matter.

I have a slice of whole wheat with all natural PB and all natural blueberry jelly and a whey shake 1 hr before jogging and 1 whey shake within minutes of getting done with my jog.

Love jogging. Nothing quiet like being wet from sweat and breathing heavy at the end of a jog. As good as sex to me.

It is my opinion that if you do HIIT, a shake is always a good move. If you do a fairly long (30 minutes +) jog, and won't be eating for 30-45 minutes, a shake is also a good idea. I don't have any real science to that last rule, it's just what I feel works best for me.

Maybe a recovery drink maybe be better first then a shake.

1 scoop of whey sometimes and maybe piece of fruit, depends on when i do it and what i have had through the day so far

I did have a 1/2 a Myoplex (21g protein) and some Grapes after my 3+ hour out and about ride today...I did of course though follow that up w/ my upper body routine; so, kind of one workout to the next.

I drink one after my workout..but I always lift before cardio ...I drink the shake to feed mymuscles from weight lifting...not really for cardio..

I lift then walk on the treadmill on an incline for half an hour. Post workout is a shake and some natural peanut butter.
