I have only a 3 oz chicken ( 0C,0F,19P ) seconds before working out (I have breakfast like an hour and 45 minutes earlier if that matters)


and


after working out

Go lean Cereal ( 36C 3F 9P)
WW Pita bread (15C 0F 3P)
Protein shake ( 1C 1.5F 18P)
