I haven't been getting the exact results I'd like to get from my cut that I'm currently on, thus I've been thinking of incorporating a second round of cardio/day.
Possibly morning, the PWO.

However, from what I've read and learned most morning meals are supposed to be consumed immediately upon waking, correct?
I've also heard to do (if it applies to you) your morning cardio before breakfast...

This is a big contradiction to me, how does it work?

Also...if anyone's got time, care to check this cutting diet? I've dropped alot of my most direct sources of carbs (except breakfast/pre/pwo) and added in veggies.

your cals and macros seem pretty good to me. i don't know why you wouldn't be getting good results with those. maybe its not your diet. what exercises are you currently doing? write up your routine. also are you having any cheat days? if youre overdoing it on those that could be why you're not losing quickly enough.

In terms of the cardio, it doesn't matter if you do it before or after. I would do it after personally.

What I meant by that was, some rant that if one doesn't eat immediately upon waking the body will go into muscle stores for energy. That being said...how could it be good to do cardio in this state?

My bad.
This is not the diet I've been cutting on thus far. In place of the veggies in this one I've had rice/sweet potato/ ect...I just decided to switch and take those out. I'll pick up this new diet tomorrow.
I've only had one cheat in the past 3.5/4 weeks, so not really.

As far as my routine:

Monday: Bi's/Tri's-Abs-30/45 min low intensity cardio
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders-30/45 LI cardio
Wed: OFF (cardio 30/45 min LI)
Thursday: Legs-Abs-No Cardio
Friday: Back/Traps-30/45 min LI cardio.
Saturday: 30/45 min LI cardio.
Sunday: OFF

both the dangers of not eating and the benefits of fasted cardio are over played.

i would also move your special arm day until after chest and back, then have the weekend of no lifting. no point wearing out the support muscles before the big stuff gets in.

Thanks. That seems like a great idea...my back has been lacking so maybe switching it around will bring it up.
